I spent 4 days at the
end of April in the area of the Herrison river with many surrounding lakes in
the French Jura mountains. The workshop was based in Bonlieu, centrally placed for most of
the 31 waterfalls in the Harrison river. In the early 1800’s the author Charles
Nodier was so fascinated by this place that he called it “Little Scotland”.
